CBD Chocolate Balls for De-stressing

These delicious CBD balls are perfect if you want a snack throughout the day. Even better, you can use different strains in your recipe for different effects, including uplifting or relaxing ones.
- ¾ cup macadamia nuts, blended into a paste
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tbsp (120 mg) CBD oil
- ⅓ cup almond flour
- ⅓ cup shredded coconut
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs
Fold your coconut oil, CBD oil, and macadamia paste together until you have a thick butter. Add the flour, coconut, cinnamon, and vanilla extract, and mix it until you have a cookie dough texture.
If you want to sweeten the mix, add a few stevia drops, and then fold in the cacao nibs. Finally, roll the dough into little balls, and there you have it! A blissful, guilt-free snack.
Peppermint Chocolate Cups
This is one of our favorite recipes. You can even use our dark chocolate to make your cups, combined with tinctures.
- 3/4 cup CBD chopped dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup raw cacao butter
- 2 tbsp cashew butter
- 1/4 cup coconut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1 1/2 tsp CBD oil
- 1/4 tsp matcha powder
Take your chocolate, mix in a little mint, and melt it in a boiler. Spoon your chocolate into your cup molds, and then freeze them for about 10 minutes or until hardened.
In the meantime, combine cashew butter, coconut butter, vanilla extract, sea salt, and maple syrup, and whisk it all together. Add your CBD oil, whisk, and add it to your cups.
Freeze again, and now you have delicious cups!
CBD Mango Smoothie
This is one of the fastest and easiest recipes on the list! It’s great for breakfast or as a snack. You’ll need:
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 – 2 drops CBD oil
- Sliced banana and cacao nibs (toppings)
Just throw all the ingredients, aside from the toppings, in a blender to make your smoothie. Then, top it off with the banana and cacao to create a delicious CBD snack.
Bedtime Gummies

- 1 cup tart cherry juice
- 1/4 cup gelatin powder
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- CBD oil to taste
Pour the juice into a pan over medium heat, mix in the gelatin powder slowly, and add the honey. As it warms, turn the heat down to low and keep stirring. Once the mix is ready, you can remove it from the heat altogether and add your CBD oil.
You can use any molds you like for your gummies, and it’ll take about 2 hours in the fridge for them to harden.
Turmeric-Ginger Sweets
These sweets are fantastic for inflammation and pain relief. You’ll need:
- 1 cup carrot or orange juice
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- Small – medium ginger root
- 12 doses of CBD oil
- 1 tsp agar powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
Chop the root into slices, and then add everything, aside from the CBD oil, into a pan. You can sprinkle the agar in to avoid clumps while you simmer and stir for five minutes. Strain or remove the slices and add your oil.
Leave the mix to cool for about five minutes, before pouring it into molds and chilling for 30 minutes. Your sweets are now ready!
