Royal Mail appear to be in full meltdown at the moment - this is something that is to do with the new update apparently and it sees some tracking numbers not updating across the platforms and also when inputted directly into Royal Mails track and Trace service page on their website. I know they are trying to fix this ASAP and we have been  having a few customer queries about shipping and tracking. We are doing what we can to alleviate any worries from customers and are writing this short blog to let you valued CBD customers know that if you are trying to track an item and its saying tracking number is unavailable, this does not mean we have not sent it - we can phone up and give the tracker to the RM team who can from their end see what is happening with your parcel. As ever, if in doubt please email or phone us, we will be happy to assist but we would think 99.9% of all orders will come on time, but with no way of easily tracking it. But as we said above , contact us and we do not mind phoning them on your behalf if unsure. Sorry for any hassle incurred.
