Holistic Hemp Scotland
Holistic Hemp Scotland's hemp is grown on small artisan farms in the EU using a bio-dynamic, organic growing process, without the use of pesticides or artificial fertilisers. Once the crop is ready, the flowers are hand picked and individually hung up to dry at natural temperatures. Once fully dry, the hemp is extracted using CO2, under low heat and low pressure conditions. Our CBD oil contains the full spectrum of cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids. Let’s compare their hemp to almost every other commercially available CBD oil. Hemp is usually bought in bulk from an industrial supply that's been harvested by large cutting machines. After the machines chop the entire top 1/3 off the plant, the harvested plant matter is crushed by tractors using heavy rollers and dumped into an industrial kiln to be quickly dried. The dried matter is then crushed under high pressure into small pellets, to make it smaller for transport, then sent away to a company for CO2 extraction, which is often done at high temperature. Use & Storage
This product is perfect for vaping or dabbing via a quality vaporizer that does extracts or a dab rig. It can also be taken orally or used in cooking or be used to make your own terpene flavoured e-liquids in a DIY manner at home or it can be T-Wax and used in rolling papers and tobacco or other legal herbs. Please note we don't accept any liability for use of this product. To store keep it out of direct sunlight in a cool dark environment. A tiny dab approx 10mg, add to vaporiser or dabbing device. Use up to 100 mg per day. Alternatively, can be mixed into any e-liquid. Warm the e-liquid to 70C and add 250mg-500mg per 10ml of e-liquid. Shake to mix.

United kingdom Parcel Dispatch Methods - important please read
We offer free delivery on all orders within the UK using Royal Mail second class service, this is a non tracked service and only comes with £20 pounds cover in the event of loss or damage while in transit so for small order this is the best way to receive your items. Delivery times range from 2-5 days but can be longer during peak times. We will only send your order 1 time for free, if it is return to sender or any issue arises that is no fault of our own then you will need to pay for it to be sent a second time.
If you would prefer a bit of cover included in the shipping then please choose the discounted second class signed for option when checking out this comes with £50 cover as standard and the delivery aim is 2-days including Saturdays.And we also offer Royal Mail first class signed for with £100 cover as a middle ground between free and special delivery. We also offer a very discounted rate for next day delivery using Royal Mail Special Delivery By 1pm, please make your choice on the checkout page where delivery is worked out.
By purchasing a product and choosing free delivery you agree to our terms and conditions and confirm you understand what you get in terms of service and compensation by using the free delivery service. As an example if you order £100 of products and choose free delivery and subsequently that parcel is lost or damaged in transit we can only get you up to £20 in compensation.
Free Delivery *
If you live within the UK then you can get free delivery on any of our products however free delivery only comes with £20 compensation if parcel is lost or damaged in transit. Its worth noting that on high ticket items ( See red section below ) you will need to apply special delivery or contact us confirming you understand the terms and conditions and are happy to take the risk. Its down to you the customer to ensure your happy with the delivery options and what may happen in the unlikely event of lost or damaged mail. Our charges for added protection are not high and we dont use postage as a method of money making. So please read through all our terms and conditions and choose what is right for you. Effectively you will weigh up the costs of adding protection or going special delivery against how annoyed you will be if a parcel gets lost. We will only send your order 1 time for free, if it is return to sender or any issue arises that is no fault of our own then you will need to pay for it to be sent ta second time.
Free delivery Cover - Extra protection
If you wish to use the free delivery service but want some extra protection you will find the option at checkout - Please choose the service that you think will cover you enough should you require it. We are not trying to subsidise or make money off postage so all our added prices are exactly what Royal Mail offers. If your order is between £20 -£30 then choosing free delivery with no added compensation is required. Above £30 then its your call if you wish to use the free service or add a layer of protection to your free delivery. 99% of all orders are delivered with no issue but its up to you to decide what is the best and safest method for your purchase.
Special Delivery Saturday
If you want products delivered Royal Mail special delivery on a Saturday ( UK only) please use the option available with the increased P&P. If you order special delivery on a Friday and don't use the Saturday increase the products will arrive on Monday if ordered before 3pm or it will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. For most products that are described by Royal Mail as small parcels, the cost of special delivery by 1pm is £7.50 but we offer a discounted rate of £ 5.00 as an incentive for people to have full cover on their orders.
High Ticket Items (Important Please Read)
Products or orders that come to £200 pounds or more require Royal Mail Special Delivery By 1pm service as the cover is enough to ensure a full refund or replacement should parcel get lost. Its is down to you to do this and Quintessential Tips LTD can not be held responsible for any order that is lost or damaged in transit that has not had the correct postage applied. By not applying the correct postage for high ticket items and orders you could delay the dispatch while we contact you to pay the difference - If we dont get a reply or cant make contact we will then dispatch in accordance with the original order and all risk will be yours in the event of lost, damaged or delayed mail. in the event of loss or damage in transit only the base amount of cover will be able to be claimed for: Royal mail = £20 If you take the discounted special by 1pm service we offer your orders will be covered up to £500.
Europe & Northern Ireland
We offer competitive rates with Royal Mail to provide tracked and non tracked shipping methods. please note that we cannot guarantee or compensate for lost untracked international mail. We will however work with you and Royal Mail to seek resolution for any claims of loss that are untracked with maximum compensation if investigation finds in your favour of £20. Delivery Times are between 4-9 days depending on seasonal peak postage times. If your parcel has not arrived in that time please contact us.

Rest Of World
As above we offer both untracked and tracked methods of postage to America and the rest of the world. please note that we can't guarantee or compensate for untracked methods of delivery but will help you seek a resolution from Royal Mail in the event of a loss, this means for example if you order £300 worth of items and choose untracked postage you will only be entitled to the base compensation of £20 so its worth evaluating your possible loss against the delivery method you choose. Delivery times are between 4-10 days depending on location and seasonal peak postage times. If you don't receive your parcel with in this time please contact us. Quintessential Tips is also not responsible for delays or issues that arrive from your home countries customs and boarder controls, from time to time Customs may intercept a package and this could make delivery times longer. Again any issues, the first thing to do is contact us so we can investigate. If your order is returned to us because of customs issues we will refund the product cost minus the postage fees.
Our recommendation is that you use a tracked method for all international orders the first time to ensure you have no issues during delivery, if this works well then the next orders could be made using the cheaper untracked method. However this decision is yours, Quintessential Tips will not be liable for your choice. We are sure that you will be delighted with your items however, If you would like to return your items for any reason at all, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition and are the responsibility of the customer until they reach Quintessential Tips. Please take the time to read our terms and conditions and returns information for an easy experience should you ever need to use it.
Please note due to the nature of CBD liquids and hygiene etc all products that are liquid based cannot be returned once opened - please don't break the seal or open the products if you want to return it.
Please note that all returns for either unwanted or damaged/faulty goods must be confirmed by Quintessential Tips by either phone or e-mail. Any goods sent back without prior consent from Quintessential Tips will be sent back at your cost.
All returns will need to be sent recorded delivery. Quintessential Tips Limited will not be held liable for un-recorded returns lost in the post. Please follow this to save disappointment when we don't take responsibility for the lost mail, It is unlikely to happen but in the interests of fairness this is what we require.
In the highly unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, we request that you email us with a picture of the damage before any further action is taken. A picture of the invoice and packaging will also be required.
Once we have received checked the required picture(s) and or had the item sent back to us, we will then arrange for a replacement to be shipped. You may be required to send the item(s) back using the return slip provided. Return postage costs will be refunded * provided the product is faulty and has not passed our inspection.
Important: All items are quality checked before leaving the warehouse. Please fully inspect your item before use for any damage in transit, as items will not be replaced or refunded after use. We have a 7 day policy for returns on Damaged items. This usually represents damage or losses that have occurred during transit.
If you have a parcel arrive that looks like it has been tampered with, take pictures before opening. Once you have notified us of the damage please send images of damage / loss so we can begin claiming from Royal mail. we may require the item or packaging to be sent back and the usual time frame for Royal mails investigation to be completed is 14 days however it can be up to 21 days. Once a reply to our claim is received from RM we will refund or re send the products as you wish.
As our range is all hand-finished and quality checked before leaving the factory, it is unlikely for there to be defective items, however, in the event that this is the case, Quintessential Tips Limited must be contacted within 7 days to discuss and make arrangements for the return.
On non quintessential Branded products you will have 14 days to return using the standard procedure. Please note that defective products will be checked thoroughly before a refund is issued. Contact us in the first instance before returning product and when you do send it back follow our terms listed on this page.
While we take every care to ensure that you are sent the correct items, mistakes can occasionally be made. If you find that you have received the wrong products we will happily replace them with the correct items at no charge to yourself.* we request that you email us with a picture of the item before any further action is taken. If you would like to exchange your items for different variant or receive a refund/store credit, you may do so within 7 days of receiving them. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition and you will be held responsible for the return postage of the goods. Also please note liquid based products are not returnable once seal is broken. Again if in doubt please email or phone us. Once product is returned and checked we will refund you what you paid minus postage costs via the card used to make the initial order.
Please detail which items you would like as replacements on the returns slip. We will charge your card for the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur. A refund will be issued for any costs owed to you.
In the very rare event of a parcel being lost in transit we will work with you and Royal Mail or our couriers to seek a resolution ( subject to an investigation by Royal Mail If you have chosen a untracked method of postage and live outside of the United Kingdom you will only be able to be compensated for up to £20 per claim so we recommend you evaluate the pros and cons of tracked postage. All Royal mail claims for loss or damage can take up to 21 days so please be ready for the time frame in this situation. On completion of the investigation we will contact you to move forwards.
Quintessential Tips does not accept any responsibility for international customs issues. Please understand that its best you follow your countries rules or take the chance of delivery being withheld by the customs of your country.
If you have returned an item for a refund, this will be processed by Quintessential Tips within 14 days from the day we have received your return. Please note, this is provided that the product returned has met within our returns policy and does not require a Royal Mail. If a claim is required the time frame will increase.
We will usually refund you using the same method initially used by you to pay for your order. You may be contacted for further payment information for some payment methods. Please ensure your email is correct.
