Fraud Alert

FRAUD ALERT .....YOUR URGENT HELP IS NEEDED TO SAVE THE DAY!
It has been bought to our attention by various wonderful, vigilant customers that another wave of serious fraud has been perpetrated against Quintessential, on your favourite of favourites, the organic hemp coated tips!! (grrrrr!) This time, they have used our name, logo and even our telephone number on them!!(double grrrr!) but the paper is not what it says....indeed the whole product is not what it says on the covers. Unlike the genuine article, they will fall apart easily and if they are doing this or you got them at a cheap price it's because they are a cheap and nasty copy! Their covers are shiny too...another clue to watch out for.

We are currently dealing with this matter and appeal to you to let us know if you think you have been the victim of this crime and have one of these packets in your possession or have seen them for sale. Please let us know from where and whom you purchased them....be a super sleuth and send us pics too if you like....it will all help in this solving and stopping of this dastardly crime.
